Send a Postcard to Future You
You can literally send a postcard to your future self at Postboy Coffee.
The café sells postcards by local artists where you can pen a note, hand it to the staff, and they mail it out on a later chosen date.
Located a long walk from Redhill MRT, Postboy Coffee is quite a find within the revamped “Vista” block of Enabling Village.
(You can visit nearby Mad Roaster’s Slow Bar and Bailey & Patch Café while you are there too.)

It is part of the I’mable Collective space by SG Enable, an interesting and meaningful setting where creativity, community and café culture intersect.

This inclusive space helps showcase the work and talents of persons with disabilities through a blend of retail, studio, gallery and café experiences.

Sitting here, you’ll find booth seats, window-facing stools, and power sockets if you happen to be working on a laptop rather than just sipping your drink.

The menu is compact and drinks include Americano ($4.50), Caffe Latte ($6), Dark or White Mocha ($7), Iced Spanish Latte ($7), Matcha Latte ($7), and Iced Strawberry Matcha ($7.50).

There are also waffles such as the PBJ Waffle ($9.50), and a handful of light bakes such as banana bread and cookies on rotation.

When I visited, the coffee menu focused on a Charcoal Blend for espresso, a dark roast with an intense and smoky body and notes of cacao and bittersweet chocolate.

Filter options include Colombia Puma Estate with mango, pineapple and milk caramel notes, and Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Idido offering fruit candy and starfruit brightness.

Cups lean toward clean profiles with clear flavour definition, making the menu accessible even if you are not into heavy tasting notes.

Postboy Coffee is not the kind of place you might stumble upon unless you work or live nearby, yet it leaves you with a quiet appreciation for the people and purpose behind it.
